All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or purchase order acceptance.
All Motorization System motors are covered by our 5-Year No-Questions-Asked Warranty. If a motor fails for any reason within 5 years of purchase, we will replace it before you return the original unit. This warranty covers:
Orders ship from our US warehouses in Dover, DE and Indianapolis, IN. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days within the continental US. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Defective products are replaced at no cost under our warranty.

Motorization System, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
